The M-VERTICAL 88 F-TEAM OPEN from Dynastar is a ski tourer that stands out for its lightness, finesse and great skiability. Intended for all levels of hikers, but especially for those who can access slopes with ice axes, this ski loves steep slopes.

Offering a unique on-snow sensation, this ski has a high quality construction that mixes the performance of wood with the lightness and felt touch of PU. It’s reinforced with light, cushioning basalt fibers, while the premium outsole provides incredible glide on variable snow.

• Full Sidewall Construction: full-length vertical sidewalls from tip to tail help optimize grip, precision, balance and power
• Hybrid Core Technology: combines a Pawlownia core with a density of 300g/m3, reducing the weight of the ski by an average of 15-20% compared to a poplar core
• Basalt Isomatex Fiber: mechanical properties similar to fiberglass requiring less weight (-25%) and therefore less weight. Add to this damping properties and you get the ideal reinforcement for Touring / Free Touring
• Fiberglass reinforcements: fiber that cannot be ignored. Glass filaments braided in different weights to give the ski the perfect balance of strength, elasticity and dynamism

The insulation’s open construction method protects you by keeping out cold air reliably yet at the same time allowing excess body heat to escape. The outer fabric is wind- and water-resistant, as well as abrasion-resistant. That means you can wear this as your outer layer on a climb on most days. Stretch inserts ensure you get ideal freedom of movement. The jacket can be stowed small and compact in its own hood and can find a spot in any pack with its minimal packsize. Two front zip pockets offer space to carry small items such as a phone or snacks. Reflectivity ensures increased visibility at dawn, dusk and in the dark.
